Record Setting Day for Matthews House!
It was a marvelous day at Mardon Stables in Loretto on Sunday, May 4, 2025.
The 16th Annual Hike for Hospice brought together more than 700 participants, the most ever in the history of the walk.
Friends and families walked, hiked, and some even ran in honour and in memory of someone special or in support of our hospice programs.
In all, almost $300,000 was raised!
Under brilliant sunny skies, people of all ages took part. The event also featured kids’ activities, live music, lunch, and more!
Matthews House Hospice provides 3 programs: End of Life Care, Pain & Symptom Management and Caregiver Relief. Their goal is to provide the best quality of life to residents and their families as they go through this part of their journey.
