It was my pleasure to attend the parade and flag raising ceremony to officially kick off the Rainbow Ski Weekend at Blue Mountain. This annual event is a 3-day celebration of inclusivity, diversity and friendship.

Simcoe-Grey MPP Brian Saunderson welcomed everyone to Blue Mountain at the opening ceremony in Blue Mountain Village, commenting that skiers and boarders will be treated to some of the best conditions of the season thanks to recent natural snowfalls.
The Rainbow Ski Weekend saw skiers and boarders move from the hills to the parade route through Blue Mountain Village prior to the official opening ceremony.
