VIDEO: During Question Period at Queen’s Park on Tuesday April 4th, Simcoe-Grey MPP asked the Minister of Public and Business Service Delivery, Kaleed Rasheed, to talk about strengthening protection fo new home buyers. “In this province there is a zero tolerance approach for those who try to make extra money off the backs of new home buyers” Minister Rasheed said.
MPP Saunderson said buying a new home represents a major, often once-in-a-lifetime experience. “It should not be a worrisome and stressful experience for individuals and families because they are concerned about the quality of the new home they are purchasing.”
