I was pleased to meet virtually with members of @orgcouncil, the Organic Council of Ontario on Wednesday March 29th. Local organic producers and business owners from Simcoe-Grey discussed the priorities of Ontario’s organic farmers and businesses.
The Organic Council of Ontario (OCO) is the voice for organics in Ontario and has positioned itself as the only full value chain organic association operating at the provincial level. The OCO represents over 1400 certified organic and uncertified ecological food producers, as well as the businesses, organizations, and individuals that bring food from farm to plate.
