I was pleased to meet again with representatives of the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association at Queen’s Park. We discussed ways to increase access to justice and ways to continue reducing the backlog of cases in Ontario’s justice system. The OTLA works to promote and lobby for full and fair protection of the rights of those who have suffered injury and losses, to advocate and support safety initiatives, to train its members in the highest standard of practice and to provide workable solutions to improve the legal system.
