Ontario Special Olympic Alpine Team Shines

Congratulations to our Special Olympics Alpine Team from Ontario as they wrapped up competition at the Canadian Special Olympics in Calgary. Several members of the team are from our riding.

The team won 26 medals! 12 Gold, 5 Silver and 9 Bronze!

The Alpine team included: Robin Shuter, Erin Wright, Matt Fields, Eddie Bunkowsky and Kevin LaChance, all from Collingwood. From the Meaford-Thornbury area, competing was Jamie Hall, Julian Hudson and AngelBlainey. Cameron Oliver is from Barrie, Carter Simpson hails from Niagara on the Lake, Ryan Sorley is from Milton and, Ben So calls London, Ontario home.
