March / April Newsletter
I’m humbled, but also proud to be sworn in again as the Member of Provincial Parliament for the great riding of Simcoe-Grey. It was even better to share my swearing in with my family. There is plenty to do as we prepare for some challenging weeks and months ahead. Thank you to the citizens of my riding for the privilege of serving.
I was joined by my wife Susie, mother Meredith and father Bill. My Dad also served as MPP in the Mike Harris government. He always enjoys returning to the Legislature and it’s amazing how many people at Queen’s Park greet my parents. It was a fabulous day!

When asked about what he liked most about working with athletes with physical and intellectual disabilities, Coach Richardson said, “To be able to work with people who are intellectually disabled and the eagerness that they showed to learn to play the sports and the fun they have playing the sports.”
Spring has sprung!!
After a spectacular winter on our trails and ski hills, the seasons have changed again in Simcoe-Grey. Spring officially arrived at 5:01am on Thursday, March 20th. It’s a great time of year as we transition into and welcome so many new outdoor activities in the riding!
