It was my pleasure to meet with Elvis Stojko, three-time World Champion (1994, 1995, 1997), two-time Olympic silver medalist (1994, 1998), and seven-time Canadian Champion (1994, 1996–2000, and 2002), Family Day holiday Monday afternoon at the Mike Jackson Collingwood Blues Junior “A” hockey game. Stojko and his family were special guests of the Collingwood Blues at this special event at the downtown Eddie Bush Memorial Arena. In addition, the Collingwood Skating Club performed between the second and third periods. The Blues hosted the Caledon Admirals on Family Day.
