This week I had the pleasure of meeting with 32-year OPP veteran and former Deputy Commissioner, Rick Barnum, at Queen’s Park in Toronto.
As part of the National Coalition Against Contraband Tobacco, Mr. Barnum and I talked about the situation and ways to combat the contraband issue here in Ontario and across Canada.
