1909 Collingwood Army Cadets held their 25th Anniversary Banquet
June 23, 2025
It was a terrific evening at Royal Canadian Legion, Branch 63 in Collingwood as the 1909 Collingwood Army Cadets held their 25th Anniversary Banquet.
It was such an impressive group of young men, women and youth. With roots in the early drill associations authorized in 1861, the Royal Canadian Army Cadets are Canada’s oldest youth program.
Congratulations to all the graduating cadets and their families. Also, a sincere thank you to the current leader of the local cadet corps, Captain Rosie D’Aguiar, as well as all former staff, volunteers and leadership who contributed to the success of the program in Collingwood. Here’s to the next 25 years!
